Payment

Employees may use a combination of gift certificates and credit card for payment. The following credit card types can be accepted for payment: Visa, Mastercard, and American Express.

Returns/Exchanges

Stock items may be returned or exchanged within 30 days. Made to Order items are non-returnable, non-exchangeable. If an order arrives damaged or with discrepancies from the packing slip, then you must submit your claim in writing via email to lenoxadvisorsstore@3treemarketing.com within 3 business days of delivery. Please note photos are required for missing or damaged product claims in the original packaging.

Delivery

In-stock orders will ship within 1-2 business days.  Please allow approximately 2-3 weeks for delivery of orders that include made to order items.
